We will be spending four days connecting with ourselves, a pleasant group of 10 to 12 like-minded people and the beautiful nature of Spina Malix.​
The opportunity to deal with your own issues in depth and steadily over several days is the great strength of our mountain retreat.
We provide space and methods to support participants, for instance, in their search for calm and inner peace, in promoting their own resilience in difficult phases or in preparing for important changes in life.

Qigong, breathing, meditation and hiking will bring us into a state of heightened awareness. The ability to identify areas for development in your life will benefit, and workshops on mental strength will support the implementation of an individual action plan.​

The house is inhabited and animated by eight people
who, together with guests and volunteers, cultivate the permaculture garden for subsistence. They will be treating us to delicacies throughout the retreat.

A relaxed setting
You choose your programme: there should be enough space to enjoy moments of privacy or socialising in the wonderful, peaceful alpine scenery.
