Stretch and Breathe
Relaxed muscles are better supplied with blood and nutrients: learning to influence muscle tension leads to greater pleasure in self-awareness, improved posture, reduced muscle and joint pain, as well as physical and mental relaxation.
Run & Breathe
I have been teaching running technique with deep pleasure for 25 years. Gradually, the subject of breathing has also gained my admiration. This workshop was created by combining these two areas of interest.

A natural running style is enjoyable and can be achieved with simple technique exercises and efficient breathing. During the workshop, we will go through the most important points together that will help you get there.

The session is designed as follows:
- 15 minutes of technical oriented warm up
- 30 minutes of running technique
- 30 minutes of breathing and running
- 15 minutes of cooling down, Q&A
90 minutes = CHF 35.–

Participation is open to anyone who can jog continuously for at least 20 minutes. Advanced runners can also benefit and receive tasks adapted to their level.

Places are limited to 10 spots: please reserve yours by filling in the form below.
Qigong introduction
Qigong is a more than 5,000-year-old Chinese tradition for self-cultivation of body and mind and is part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The many different energy exercises combine movement, concentration and breathing. They can be practised indoors or outdoors, alone or in a group, on a flat, comfortable surface.
