Description
The introductory course is open to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility or fitness level. 


For the warm-up, we use the basic movements of QiGong, which are performed smoothly.
Using pranayama breathing techniques, we gently help the breath to find its space.

The course ends with a guided meditation.

Discovering our boundaries allows us to perceive our own level of tension: in this state, body and mind can begin to harmonise.
